- Ectoin Hydro-Barrier Serum can be used twice daily in your AM & PM skincare routine.
- We suggest using Ectoin Hydro-Barrier Serum as your first serum after cleansing.
- Apply a pea-sized amount to the face and neck and follow with preferred treatments and moisturizer to seal the benefits into the skin.
- Always finish with SPF for your AM routine.

As this serum is clinically proven to deeply hydrate up to 10 surface layers deep, you do not need to use Hyaluronic Acid Serum as well. If you want to use both in your routine, you could use Hyaluronic Acid Serum in the morning and Ectoin Hydro-Barrier Serum in your PM routine. However, if you want to use both at the same time, there is no harm - you can never have too much hydration!

Products can take up to six weeks to show full results, due to the time it takes for your skin cells to turnover and the results of any products to reach the surface. Consistency is key, so apply regularly even if you’re not seeing the effects straight away. It can be very tempting to increase use of some products to try and see quicker results, don't overdo it though. More is not necessarily more, and overuse can cause irritation and sensitivity.
